As a Medina Electric Cooperative member, you have access to valuable tools, services and programs designed to help you manage your account and stay informed. Complete the steps below to earn entries for a chance to receive a $100 bill credit.

Entry 1: Register for SmartHub
Create your SmartHub account at MedinaEC.SmartHub.coop or download the SmartHub app. SmartHub allows you to report outages, view your electric use and manage your account.

Entry 2: Verify Your Mobile Number
Make sure your mobile phone number is up to date and verified in SmartHub. Go to Settings > Contact Methods to add or update your number. This helps ensure you receive important account alerts and notifications by text message. You can customize notification preferences under Settings > Manage Notifications.

Entry 3: Enroll in Automatic Payments 
Save time and avoid missed payments by enrolling in Auto Pay. Payments can be automatically drafted from your bank account or charged to your credit or debit card each month. Sign up through SmartHub or call 1-866-632-3532.

Entry 4: Go Paperless
Choose paperless billing and receive your bill electronically instead of by mail. Update your billing preferences in SmartHub or call 1-866-632-3532 for assistance.

Entry 5: Join Operation Round Up
Support local communities through Operation Round Up. By rounding your monthly bill up to the next whole dollar, your spare change helps fund grants for families, individuals and nonprofit organizations throughout Medina EC’s service area. Learn more or enroll at MedinaEC.org/ORU.  

Complete more steps; earn more entries. Members enrolled for each option by December 1 will be entered. This includes members who have already signed up for these options and any new sign-ups by the deadline. 
There will be five separate drawings, and five $100 bill credits will be awarded and automatically issued. 
Winners in each category will be randomly selected and announced in the February issue of Texas Co-op Power.
