During this time you will not be able to make payments or report outages through Smarthub.
If you need to report an outage, call 1-866-632-MEC-ELEC (1-866-632-3532).
*A follow up upgrade for the Smarthub software will also be done on Wednesday. We do not have an exact time for that upgrade.
