As communities across the region recover from recent flooding, Medina Electric Cooperative is committed to supporting members and neighbors through available assistance programs and recovery resources.

Medina EC is encouraging those impacted by flooding to utilize the following resources:

  • Bill Assistance
    Members who need additional time or assistance with their electric bill are encouraged to contact Medina EC to discuss available options.
  • Operation Round Up 
    ORU funds may be available to qualifying applicants who have been affected by the flooding. 
  • Product Rebates
    Members replacing or upgrading equipment may be eligible for Medina EC’s energy efficiency rebate programs. Rebates are available on qualifying products and upgrades that can help improve efficiency and reduce future energy costs. 
  • Volunteer Support
    Through Medina EC’s Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, employees are lending a helping hand and supporting local recovery efforts. Organizations coordinating recovery efforts are encouraged to contact Medina EC.
