All drive-throughs are being open on Monday, June 1. Members are being encouraged to continue to pay online, over the phone or utilize the drop box if that makes them more comfortable. At this time, lobbies remain closed.

Disconnections are suspended through July 1. At that time, we will return to normal policies and begin disconnecting accounts for non-payment. Accounts with past due amounts will be subject to disconnection, but we will reach out to those members with a letter and personal phone call. If your account is currently past due, please call our offices at 1-866-MEC-ELC (632-3532) to see how we may be able to help you. Accounts that have contacted our office to either make payments or payment arrangements by June 30 will not be subject to disconnection.
