If you have lost your income as a result of COVID-19 and are having trouble paying your Medina Electric bill, please contact our office and speak with one of our representatives. You can contact us at 1-866-MEC-ELEC or Info@MedinaEC.org. We understand many members are going through difficult times and we will work with you. There also may be community assistance available, and we can discuss those options with you.
Remember: Disconnects have been suspended and will not begin again until July 1. No penalties will be applied to any accounts until August 1. If you believe you will not be able to pay the amount owed on your account by July 1, please contact our office to avoid disconnection.
When disconnections begin on July 1, any accounts with payment arrangements will not be disconnected so it is very important to contact our office.
