Originally, the membership was notified in the March and April issues of Texas Co-op Power magazine of a $35 minimum bill for the general service rate effective May 1.

In light of COVID-19, the decision has been made to postpone that change until January 1, 2021.

Members that are most likely to be impacted by the new minimum will be informed by mail and email prior to the change, and notice of the changes will also run in the November and December 2020 Texas Co-op Power magazine.
