Take advantage of Medina EC's programs to make managing your electric account easier and earn a $5 bill credit* for each new enrollment for SmartHub, AutoPay and Paperless Billing.

Managing your electric account doesn't have to be hard! Enroll your account for SmartHub, AutoPay and Paperless Billing and earn a $5 bill credit for each program*.

  • SmartHub: SmartHub is the one stop location to managing your electric account. Manage account details and bill payments, see your electric use, sign up for notifications, and report outages all from SmartHub. Accessible from a web browser or on the app for your phone.
     
  • AutoPay: Each month the amount due on your bill will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to a credit card and paid directly to Medina EC. Set it up online through SmartHub or by calling 1-866-632-3532.
     
  • Paperless Billing: Skip the snail mail and have your bill emailed to you each month. Change your account settings in SmartHub, or call us at 1-866-632-3532.

*Rewards are for new enrollments only. Members who newly enroll in any of these programs after April 1, 2022 are eligible for the bill credit(s) until the promotion ends. The promotion is open to the first 500 new program enrollments. PrePaid accounts are not eligible.
