Reporting an Outage
Please report your outage. There are two ways to report outages:
1) Use SmartHub from your web browser or the app for your smartphone.
2) Call 1-866-632-3532. Please keep in mind that in large storms phone lines could go down. If that occurs, you may have to report outages through SmartHub. If you report your outage over the phone, we suggest choosing the option for a call back when power is restored.
Outages cannot be reported on social media sites. The phone and SmartHub system are both linked to our mapping system, which allows crews to systematically work through outage restoration.
Know your account information. It is a good idea to call in and confirm your account, meter and phone numbers before an outage occurs. This helps when you use the automated system to report outages.
