We Want Your Feedback

This month, 400 members will get a call or email to take a survey and answer some questions about Medina Electric. Your answers will help the cooperative to evaluate public perception of us, see how we can improve and to learn what other services may help improve quality of life for our members.

The survey, whether by email or phone, should take less than 10 minutes. Members will be selected at random. This feedback is important to the cooperative and we appreciate members taking time out of their busy schedules to provide it to us.

2018 Election Results

Thank you to all members who participated by voting in the election. Democratic member control is what cooperatives are all about.

Asking for Feedback

In October, we are reaching out to 400 randomly selected members to participate in a survey about Medina Electric. This helps us understand how we are perceived and learn areas of improvement.

The survey request may come via phone call or email. If you are contacted by phone, the area code will be one of three: 844, 712 or 507. If you are contacted by email, it will read Medina Electric in the From line. It should take less than 10 minutes. The survey is important, and we appreciate members taking time to provide information.
